Terms of Service
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and OrlandoDays (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of the OrlandoDays website and apps (the “service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
OrlandoDays is operated from the United Kingdom. You can contact us at any time at [email protected]. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What OrlandoDays is
OrlandoDays is an independent tool for planning theme-park trips and sharing them with your group. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Universal, SeaWorld, or any park or attraction operator. Park, ride, and attraction names are used descriptively only, to identify the destinations the service supports, and remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and act as a trip organiser. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Trips, organisers and group members
The person who creates a trip is its “organiser”. Group members can join a trip using its join code. As organiser you are responsible for the people you invite, for the accuracy of the details you add about them, and for making sure they understand how their information will be used (see our Privacy Policy). Anyone with a trip’s join code can see that trip’s content, so share it only with people you trust.
5. Free and unlocked trips
Building a trip is free. A one-off payment of £9.99 (or the price shown at checkout) unlocks additional features for that trip, which currently include sharing, photo uploads, live wait times, alerts, messaging, dining reminders, and location sharing. The features included in an unlock may change over time. The fee applies per trip and is not a subscription.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. By unlocking a trip you ask us to begin providing the digital content immediately. Because the content is supplied digitally and access begins straight away, your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is lost once delivery has begun — and you acknowledge this when you complete the purchase. None of this affects your legal rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill. If something isn’t right, contact us and we will put it right or offer a refund where the law requires or at our discretion.
7. Your content
You and your group keep ownership of the photos, plans, messages, and other content you add (“your content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the service to you and your group. You are responsible for your content, and you confirm that you have the right to share it — including any necessary consent from the people who appear in photos. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone’s rights;
- upload photos of other people, especially children, without the consent of those people or their parent or guardian;
- misuse messaging, polls, or games to harass or harm others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users’ trips, or our systems; or
- interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
We may suspend or close any account or trip that breaches these terms.
9. Location sharing and messaging
Location sharing is strictly opt-in. It is off by default, and your live position is only stored and shown to your group while you choose to share it; turning it off removes your stored position. Messages, polls, and game activity are visible to other members of the same trip. Please use these features responsibly and remember that other group members can see what you share.
10. Third-party information
The service shows information from third-party sources, including live wait times and Lightning Lane availability from themeparks.wiki, weather from Open-Meteo, and flight schedules from third-party aviation data providers. This information is indicative only. We cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and you should always check official sources before relying on it.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we provide it on an “as available” basis and may change, suspend, or withdraw features, or carry out maintenance, without notice. We may update the service to add, change, or remove features over time.
12. Our liability
The service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for missed rides, ride or park closures, queue or wait-time changes, weather, flight delays, or any travel or spending decisions you make using the service, nor for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise because you used the service for business purposes. Always check official park and travel sources.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or where we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those on content licences, liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
